We offer full refunds for cost of items purchased with store credit and exchange. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping. If you are wanting a return and cash refund, there will be a 30% restocking fee.

We will exchange an item within the first 30 days, all we ask is that you wear the item in doors, on carpet so that there are no scuff marks on the boots.

Upon the return of the item, if there are no marks on the boots, we will issue the return. If we decide the item has been worn outside, or there are any wear marks, we will not issue a return, and the customer will be responsible for the item to be returned to them.

If you are unsure of your size, it may benefit you to find a dealer near you and try on an item from that brand.
